The Site is operated by Daily Meru Gems (“Daily Meru Gems,” “we,” “us,” “our”). Our store uses Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) for digital products. We do not sell physical products.

We may update the Site and these Terms from time to time. The “Effective date” above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Your continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

4) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) or have permission from a parent/guardian to use the Site and make purchases.

If you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.

8.1 Product Information & Availability

We strive to display accurate product information and pricing. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct errors and cancel or refuse orders when necessary (including after an order is submitted).

8.2 Pricing, Taxes, and Currency

Prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. Taxes (if applicable) are calculated at checkout based on your location and applicable law.

8.3 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the following payment methods:

• Paystack
• IntaSend
• Store Gateway
• Easy Digital Downloads (EDD) payment gateways
• WooCommerce payment gateways (if applicable)

We do not store full payment card details. Your payment may be subject to the payment processor’s terms and privacy policy.

8.4 Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order request. Acceptance occurs when a digital product is made available for download/access.

9) Shipping and Delivery

We do not ship physical products. All products are digital and delivered electronically via download links or account access. If any physical materials are introduced in the future, shipping will be limited to Kenya only.

10) Digital Products & Downloads (EDD)

10.1 Product Categories

Our digital products include but are not limited to:

• Language Learning Resources (e-books, PDFs, audio courses, flashcards, worksheets)
• Cultural Deep-Dives (e-books on Meru traditions, digital storybooks, etiquette guides, cookbooks)
• Life Tips & Practical Resources (proverbs, planners, infographics)
• Digital Arts & Media (digital art, stock photos)

10.2 Access & Delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically (e.g., download link, account access, email delivery). You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address/account used at checkout.

10.3 License

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are licensed for personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share digital files or access links.

10.4 Download Limits

Downloads may be limited by time, number of attempts, or account status, as configured by EDD. We may restrict or revoke download access if we suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorized sharing.

12) Promotions & Discount Codes

• you represent you have the rights to share it;

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, specifically Meru County. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Meru County, Kenya.
